A: Personalized products are prepay only as well as most other goods I offer. Unless otherwise stated, cake, cupcake, party favors, fruit arrangements, and other baked/chocolate dipped goods require 50% non-refundable deposit at time order is placed. Remaining balance due one week prior to date goods are needed. If you are placing a last minute order needed within a week, total balance is due at time order is placed.. . Q: How do I pay?. A: Invoices are sent via email and can be paid with credit, debit, or PayPal. Once paid you will PayPal confirmation email. . . Q: What if I no longer need my order and I've already paid?. A: All sales are final on personalized products (ie: candles) and will not be refunded. . . I require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of half your total when orders are placed for most goods. If you have paid your TOTAL balance and you need to cancel you can do so within 72 hours of your "need by" date for a partial refund (less deposit). I WILL NOT refund same day cancelations, as I often start/prep for projects the day before. Any order cancelled less than 72 hours in advance will be treated as a "same day" cancelation.
