The Lower Souris Watershed Committee (LSWC) is a grassroots organization made up of members of our 3 sub-watershed groups, The Four Creeks Watershed Committee, Pipestone Watershed Stewardship Committee and the Antler River Watershed Committee.
In partnership with the local municipalities in the Lower Souris Watershed, we are working towards positive change of our local landscape.

It encompasses 20 rural municipalities, 19 urban municipalities, and three First Nation's lands.
