I am a 'Fitness Australia' registered Personal Trainer with over 15 years experience in the fitness industry.
Qualified in Group Exercise including Les Mills programs; Body Jam, Body Balance, Body Attack and Body Pump, Hatha Yoga, Intermediate matwork Pilates, Fitball and Older Adult.
My experience has encompassed training clients of all ages and all walks of life to managing corporate Fitness First clubs in Sydney.
