I'm 46 yrs old, a proud wife, mother of 5, and grandma of 3 (soon to be 4).

In August of 2016, my life was turned upside down.
I was in a pretty bad freak ATV accident that left my face unrecognizable, a compound fracture to my arm, kidney damage, and a very large hematoma in my leg.
Being immobile, unable to work, having to rely on my family to dress and bath me and change bandages, I became quite depressed.
Good news is that the facial and kidney damage healed within a couple months, and I am finally starting to regain strength in my arm.
However, i am still battling the hematoma in my leg which could take up to a year or more.
Between the pain, guilt, being immobile and sever depression, I am at the heaviest I have ever been..
.
I try very hard to count my blessings every day because it could of been so much worse..
.
I knew I had to take matters into my own hands if I was ever going to heal and recover, so I started my own health and fitness journey in January of 2017..
.
I have to tell you that I am still amazed at how much of a transformation I have done in such a short time that I felt I needed to share what I have learned with others.

My journey will be slower and longer than most due to my injuries, but I will get there and bring along as many people as I can!.
