Detailed description is İSTANBUL - Bağcılar Belediye Başkanı.Biyografi. 1965 yılında Giresun´un Bulancak İlçesi´nde dünyaya gelen Lokman ÇAĞIRICI, 1978 yılında Bağcılar Mahmutbey Mahallesi´nde ikamet etmeye başladı.. . 1990 yılında Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümü´nü bitirdi.. . 1999 yılına kadar çeşitli kurumlarda üst düzey yöneticilik yaptı, uzun bir süre ticaretle meşgul oldu.. . Özel sektördeki çalışmalarına paralel olarak 1990 yılından itibaren siyaset hayatı başlayan ÇAĞIRICI 1999 yılında Bağcılar Belediye Meclis Üyesi seçildi.. . 11 Mayıs 2007´ye kadar Meclis Üyeliği ve Başkan Yardımcılığı görevlerini yürüten ÇAĞIRICI, Bağcılar´ın Kurucu Belediye Başkanı Sayın Feyzullah KIYIKLIK´ın 11 Mayıs 2007´de AK Parti İstanbul Milletvekilliği adaylığı için istifa etmesinin ardından, Belediye Meclisi tarafından Bağcılar Belediye Başkanlığı´na seçildi.. . 2 yıl başarıyla yürüttüğü bu görevi sonrasında, 29 Mart 2009 yerel seçimlerinde tekrar aday olan ÇAĞIRICI, bu kez Bağcılarlıların yüzde 50’sinin oyunu alarak Belediye Başkanı oldu.. . ÇAĞIRICI’nın, Bağcılar Belediye Başkanlığı görevinin yanı sıra; Bağcılar Amatör Spor Kulüpleri Birliği Başkanlığı, Marmara Belediyeler Birliği Başkan Vekilliği, Türk Dünyası Belediyeler Birliği Başkan Yardımcılığı, Dünya Yerel Yönetim ve Demokrasi Akademisi’nin (WALD) Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği, Birleşmiş Kentler ve Yerel Yönetimler, Orta Doğu ve Batı Asya Bölge Teşkilatı (UCLG-MEWA), Saymanlığı görevleri bulunuyor.. .
