Detailed description is We are a small 6 acre farm located in Northeast, CT. Although we have a menagerie of animals, Our main focus is raising American Guinea Hogs. A smaller heritage breed hog known for it's succulent pork, high quality lard & docile temperament. We are a small family homestead located in the "Quiet Corner" of Connecticut. Operated and owned by husband & wife, Chris & Katie Logan & our 2 little boys. We are dedicated to providing meat, eggs, fruits & veggies for our family and for others when we have extra. Logan's Croft was established in 2014, yet farming has been in our families long before then. Katie grew up watching her brothers work the family farm in VT. A 300+ acre dairy & beef operation. Always knowing one day she would go on to work with animals (Veterinary Nurse) and own a farm of her own. Chris was more of a self taught farmer working at feed stores and on friends farms in CA during his childhood. He is an amazing gardner of fruits and vegetables. And has literally built our entire farm himself from the ground up! Small scale farm, but efficient in every way! We currently raise chickens, goats & our primary focus of american guinea hogs.
