I believe building and maintaining reciprocal and positive relationships are important with all children and their families/whanau and my teaching team. Being a mother of 3 girls, I have empathy for children, and set out for children to feel safe and secure in their environment, feeling as though they belong and have a place at the centre. . . Little Ferns caters for all children under the age of 6. We offer 20 hours FREE ECE for 3 years and over.. WINZ subsidies will be available also.. . Little Ferns Childcare provide for families/whānau and their children a friendly, fun, homely environment. We aim to have a shared vision, collective and collaborative relationships with staff, whānau and the community. .
