Detailed description is Lilacs and Lace is a local children's clothing boutique. We specialize in children's clothing and accessories newborn to tween. Boutique Policies:. . At this time we will operate on pre-orders only. All pre-order items will be posted on Sundays and are open for ordering until the following Friday at 8pm.. . When pre-ordering products please comment with size, quantity, and email so invoice may be billed via paypal.. . All items MUST be paid for by 9pm Friday. Invoices not paid for by that time will NOT be ordered.. . All orders will go in to the manufacturers on Saturday. Shipping from manufacturers could take 7 days to 4 weeks depending on size of orders and manufacturers.. . Orders will be shipped from Lilacs and Lace on Tuesdays and Fridays ONLY.. . Any in stock items we may have, promotions, sales, contests, etc. will be posted on SATURDAYS only.. . Returns, Refunds, Exchanges will be at the discretion of the boutique owner and on a customer to customer basis. I will accept any unopened, unworn merchandise with the EXCEPTION of swimsuits and hair products up to 15 days after receiving for full refund minus shipping charges. I will work with my customers the best that I can to ensure a good experience with the boutique, but please be aware of product descriptions, sizes, quantity, etc. when ordering.
