Detailed description is Ancienne bergerie du château de Daloz, transformée en hôtel, puis en palace.
En plein cœur du Triangle d'Or, l'Hermitage est aujourd'hui une résidence.
C'est en 1903 que fut construit l'hôtel Hermitage, à partir des dépendances du château que s'était fait bâtir Alphonse Daloz, transformées en hôtel en 1903, puis en palace, à partir de 1908.
L'hôtel fut démoli, puis reconstruit en 1910.
L'ancien palace est désormais reconverti en résidence.
