CONTINUE…. …quand Alexandre travaille son projet et décide d’ouvrir l’ Esprit Bistrot Vaise dans le 9ème arrondissement de Lyon entre Gorge de Loup et Valmy en 2011 (viendront ensuite l'esprit Bistrot Monplaisir, Garibaldi et part-Dieu). . . Ce sera un bistrot, authentique et convivial, dans lequel on cuisine chaque matin des produits frais et de saison : on assaisonne, on émince, on épluche, on déglace, on découpe… !
