Detailed description is Plus de 150 sortes de fromages, pains artisanaux, thés, chocolats de qualité, produits sans gluten, gelato et sorbets maison, paniers cadeaux et bien plus! C'est en avril 2005 que les frères Bergeron décidèrent d'acheter le bâtiment du 300, Route du Pont à St-Nicolas. C'était pour y affiner le Fin Renard et y fumer le Calumet, faute de place à l'usine de St-Antoine-de-Tilly. Ce qui fût à l’origine la poissonnerie Gingras se transforma alors en petit kiosque où l'on vendait le fameux fromage qui fait « squik squik » et les autres fromages de la famille Bergeron. . . En 2006, les frères reçoivent une offre intéressante: la fromagerie Bel, établie en France, cherche un partenaire pour produire La Vache qui rit au Canada. C'est en 2007 que le tout s'officialise. La Maison d'affinage deviendra donc le lieu de production de La Vache qui rit, et ce, pour le Canada en entier. Les frères déménagent à nouveau le Fin Renard et le Calumet dans l'usine de St-Antoine qu'ils ont dû agrandir. La petite boutique, quant à elle, gagne en popularité et la gérante, Lisette Saindon, conjointe de Sylvain Bergeron, entreprend d'améliorer le service et la qualité des produits en magasin. . . Aujourd'hui ouvert depuis plus de 10 ans, Les Finesses Bergeron vous offre plus de 150 variétés de fromages à la coupe et sous vide, du Québec ou importés. Elle offre également une gamme de produits du terroir, de pains artisanaux, de thés et chocolats de qualité et de délicieux gelatos maison en saison, en plus de donner un service personnalisé à sa clientèle.
