I have now worked for Waimak Real Estate since mid- 2015 and loved every minute of it, being in real estate you get to meet all different kinds of people and very different styles of properties which I find very interesting.. Having spent the previous 27 years within the motor industry in a sales and sales management role, combine this to my 2 years in Real Estate and I have just shy of 30 years sales experience which must be a plus for all potential vendors looking to list their properties. Not only will you get sales experience but you will also get my passion for customers and customer satisfaction which is paramount to me. When I came into Real Estate it was my priority to continue to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction, listening to the customers and understanding their requirements whilst working alongside them to achieve the highest market price possible if they were selling or to find their home of choice if they were buying.. Not only do I bring with me a wealth of sale experience, I also bring a wealth of life experiences to, having started my working career with the Merchant Navy and then moving on into sales within the motor industry in the UK. I have bought, sold and renovated houses in the UK along with my wife Niki as well as here in New Zealand and find renovating properties to be very fulfilling and a great sense of achievement once finished.. Married for 24 years and with two grown up children, one still living in the UK with my grandchild and one a primary school teacher here in North Canterbury. I now enjoy spending time with my wife Niki and our three other “kids” the Dogs Harvey, Otis and our new addition Dudley our Wheaten Terrier puppy. . My interest have changed over the last 12 months, having moved out to West Eyreton on a lifestyle section, we are now renovating “Over Half Way Through” Yeh, we have also grown our family from the Dogs Harvey, Otis and Dudley to our daughters cat “monkey” 16 chickens and six Alpaca’s in which we are becoming quite the experts on “A Long Story”..
