Half hog would be 1 ham, 1 shoulder, etc. Any meat you don't want can be put into sausage. . . Price is charged per pound on the hanging weight. Typically our hogs dress out at 130-150 lbs for a whole hog. *Call for price per lb*. . Meat is processed by Griffin's Meats in Blackshear, GA and may be picked up at their location.
