Unfortunately the food service industry produces some of the highest amount of waste (of any industry) in the process of bringing their product to consumers. As stewards of the environment in which we operate our team feels the best way to exercise responsibility is to use as much recyclable paper products as we can in the service of our customers. All organic scraps from the preparation process are used in compost for the enrichment of soil in Chef’s garden.
