Latino Student Union (LSU) members come together to discuss key societal issues such as education in hopes of widening our perspectives and exploring ways to help enhance and possibly change the lives of many struggling students in the community..

Thus far, our voyage has led us to Montgomery Blair High School where a number of LSU members presented a motivational and informative presentation on scholarship opportunities and personal college experiences to prospective college students.

LSU members also participated in Langley Park Health Check 2011.
During which, LSU members handed out fliers and helped translate for Spanish speaking families.
In addition, LSU members assisted other healthcare practitioners/organizations at the Langley Park Community Center..

During Fall of 2016, the LSU hosted its 3rd annual "Viva la Fiesta" event in order to provide transparency on Latin American dance and culture.
The LSU has also created a fundraiser for the victims of the September 2016 Forest Branch Apartments fire in Silver Spring, MD..
