Schwerpunkt sind Wildgerichte Wir sind ein Familienbetrieb, die entgegen Massentierhaltung und Massenproduktion, zurück auf natürliche und regionale Erzeugnisse setzen.. Fleischtechnisch legen wir unseren Schwerpunkt auf das Wild unseres heimischen Hinterlandswaldes. Dort leben Hirsche ( Rotwild) Wildschafe ( Mufflons ) und natürlich Wildschweine und Rehe. Die Tiere leben in Freiheit und ernähren sich ausschlich von Pflanzen, Knospen, Blättern, Rinden und was der Wald oder das Feld sonst noch zur Verfügung stellt. Die Wildschweine sind Allesfresser und werden deswegen auch immer ausnahmslos von einem Tierarzt auf Trichinen untersucht. Ergo: mehr Bio geht einfach nicht.!!. Wir verarbeiten unser Fleisch frisch, so entsteht ein sehr feiner Geschmack. Hautgout war gestern-frisch und natürlich im Aroma ist heute!!. Dazu versuchen wir Gemüse, Obst und Eier alles aus der Region zu beziehen. In unserem Dorfladen verkaufen Stephanshäuser Erzeuger den besten Apfelsaft, Schnaps, Honig, Marmeladen etc. .
