Detailed description is Mission Statement: To Utilize our extensive knowledge and experience to maintain a clean, safe, and caring environment for you precious companion. Puppy Planet is a Full Grooming and Dog Daycare and Boarding Facility. Owned and Operated by Melissa Lefler. Melissa is also the Groomer at Puppy Planet. Melissa became a Certified Groomer in 96 graduating for the Charlotte Academy of Pet Grooming. She has worked and managed several grooming shops through out her career. She also worked at East Lincoln Animal Hospital for 8 yrs before deciding to open Puppy Planet. She also is Iredell County's Search and Rescue K9 Officer and Trainer. She has trained several SAR K9's and has helped with local police k9's. Melissa also is a wildlife rehabilitator and work with Animal Rehabilitator's of the Carolinas for many yrs. She also has helped Project Halo and went for a week to help with Huricane Katrina in Gulfport, MS. She also has offered her services helping shelters and local HS clean rescued dogs up for adoption. . We are also proud to have Dr. Redden from East Lincoln Animal Hospital be our Veterinarian for LN Puppy Planet. We are Grooming now at Puppy Planet and Daycare will be opening soon. With boarding as soon as our permit is approved. We will open as early as 6am and close as late as we need to accommodate our working clients. Please contact us for pricing and any other questions.
