John has achieved the title of Master Hunter with several of his own dogs, and helped numerous other Labradors gain the title. John uses innovative training techniques, live birds, and a multitude of terrains to create success in hunt tests at all levels. John is willing to put the time and effort into helping both you and your dog succeed. . . John and Roc currently have 4 black labs of their own, and frequently board and train up to 15 Labradors. The Dougherty grounds include 20+ acres and a large pond used for water exercises and playtime.. . Roc enjoys caring for and loving on the annual, or bi-annual, litter of puppies. Each puppy is AKC certified and comes with both the paternal and maternal pedigree, along with John and Roc's personal guarantee. John and Roc's puppies make not only excellent field trial dogs, but loving family pets as well. . . John and Roc are most active during the summer months, and would love to hear from you.
