Detailed description is Página oficial del cocinero Marc Martínez Magraner y su restaurante situado en Fornalutx. .Desde que nació en 1988, Marc ha estado metido en una cocina, de hecho, de pequeño tenía el parque metido en ella y no nos extraña que con pocos años ya preparara comida, ya que las ganas de cocinar le viene de familia, la cual ha regentado durante años el Hotel Costa d’Or de Llucalcari (Deià).. . Acabando su etapa en el instituto, la idea de Marc era estudiar AD, pero vio claramente, que solamente en una cocina podría dar rienda suelta a sus inquietudes y las ganas de volar que tenía.. . En la EHIB cursó estudios técnicos en cocina, seguido de un postgrado en alta cocina y diversos monográficos de pastelería. . . Fue seleccionado para el intercambio gastronómico con Møsjoen (Noruega), donde, durante una semana tenia que promocionar la gastronomía balear.. . Se mueve como pez en el agua con los helados y siente pasión por la enología, los licores y las cervezas. No descartéis ver en un futuro alguna que otra botella creada por él. Pero, de mientras, podéis probar alguno de los vinos que ha escogido para Sa Cuina d'en Marc.. . En su carta podréis saborear las influencias que sus abuelas, su tía Cati y su madre le han transmitido desde pequeño y que ahora mezcla y fusiona con cocinas de todo el mundo, usando como punto de partida el producto local tan famoso de esta isla. El Restaurante La Cuina d’en Marc surgió con la idea de brindar a nuestros clientes un servicio exquisito y de calidad desde Fornalutx, uno de los espacios más bonitos de la Serra de Tramuntana (Patrimonio de la UNESCO 2010).
