L’Olivera is a small social cooperative born in 1974 with the vocation of cultivating the typical culture of the area. . Most of our vineyards are found in small parcels (less than 1 ha) sustained by stone margins and dispersed around the municipal term of Vallbona de les Monges (Catalonia). The field called “La Plana” corresponds to an antique property of the monastery and when it is plowed, small pieces of pottery coming from the monastery workshops turn up, with their blue enamels, colour that some of our labels and bottles remind.... . ___________. .
