I worked eight years based in the South of France as chef aboard the private superyachts exploring the Coastlines of the Mediterranean Sea. Italy, France, Croatia, Greece, Spain, Turkey, Tunisia and Malta introduced me to their cultures via the foods I experienced and supplies procured for my guests and crew. . Then it was time for a return to my hometown Noosa and create Cafe Noisette with my French husband and little girl Olivia for a couple of years! . Following the sale of our cafe, I have been working in customer service and sales however; once a chef, always a chef and my desire has grown to also share the fun of cooking and impart some of the techniques and particular cultural infuences from my career and travel experiences! .
