Il 28 gennaio 1984, viene aperto il ristorante All’Angolo, sempre in Legnano nei pressi della chiesetta di Sant’Ambrogio.. . Nel locale, a completa gestione familiare, si possono gustare i più genuini sapori della cucina italiana e vivere la cena accompagnati dal calore di persone capaci di creare un ambiente caldo e cordiale. Memorabili ancora oggi, per chi le ha vissute, le chiacchierate e gli scherzi con il caro Peppino......... . Anno di importante rinnovo è il 1993 quando il 28 agosto viene inaugurata la pizzeria.. . LA CRESCITA:. . Anno 1999, la famiglia Quercia dopo quindici intensi anni vissuti nel borgo di Sant’Ambrogio decide di spostarsi.
