Nach einer langen und guten Zeit im Bistro der Kattwinkelschen Fabrik in Wermelskirchen haben wir uns einen Traum erfüllt: am 1. April 2016 haben wir die Altstadt-Gaststätte Kö3 von dem Betreiberpaar Falko Möllenberg und Heide Lapp übernommen; sie hatten das Lokal fast 20 Jahre lang geführt und lange nach einem Nachfolger gesucht. Schon früher hatte Birgit’s Bruder Lothar Heinrich diese gemütliche Gaststätte geführt, das macht es zu einer runden Sache – auch in Gedenken an Lothar, der leider das leider nicht mehr erleben durfte.. . Wir haben erstmal die Ärmel aufgekrempelt und die Gaststätte nach unseren Vorstellungen renoviert, das doch recht geräumige Hinterzimmer wurde für kleinere Gesellschaften hergerichtet, ein Großbild-Fernseher unterhält Sie bei Bedarf mit Nachrichten oder aktuellen Sportereignissen.. Die Öffnungszeiten wurden deutlich ausgeweitet, der abendliche Betrieb geht länger, zudem haben wir auch am Sonntag geöffnet und bieten einen täglichen Mittagstisch von 11 bis 14 Uhr an. Und zwar täglich!! Genießen Sie unser Angebot an hausgemachten Speisen und ausgewählten Getränken.. . Zur Unterhaltung wollen wir in loser Folge kleine aber feine Musikveranstaltungen oder auch Kleinkunst anbieten. Nicht zu oft, um das Besondere zu erhalten. Auch ein sonntäglicher Jazz-Brunch wird nicht fehlen. Und so hoffen wir, dass Sie als unsere Gäste sich hier ebenso wohl fühlen wie wir. Wir werden auf jeden Fall alles daran setzen, dass das so ist!. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!
