The poses were achievable, and Jeanne described the poses . using a narrative that the children enjoyed and easily understood. They . learnt how to relax and be mindful. That night whilst tucking my wee . girl into bed she asked “ Mummy, tomorrow can we start the day with . sun salutations, like Jeanne showed us?” What a wonderful way to . share with them both the benefits and fun of yoga!
