Kukkula ('little hill' in Finnish) is a project that started in November 2014 when we got the chance to take over this little piece of uncertified organic land previously used to provide fresh unadulterated produce; veggies, herbs and berries to a well-known Copenhagen restaurant.
Let's just say we didn't think twice before sealing the deal.
