Detailed description is Just a way to share my love of baking/cake decorating and bring a taste of "home" to servicemembers currently stationed at the Groton Subase.
Just me, my trusty mixer, and my plain ol' oven, surrounded by my family who is always happy to snatch up my "mistakes".
I am not a pro, I do not own a bakery, I don't have a "professional" kitchen, and I have no formal training - I'm building my skills as I go along, and boy, is it a fun ride! I just truly enjoy baking, and the decorating portion is a fun, healthy, creative outlet for me.
I love the challenge to see what I can come up with next! .

There is something to be said about good, old-fashioned homemade goodies, and I truly enjoy making them for my family....and when I can help out a friend or two by creating something special for them, I'm always happy to!.
