Aaron grew up in the small town of Conrad, Montana with his parents, Terry and Cheryl Klette, and little brother Adam. An energetic, inquisitive little one, he could often be found with his Dad, eager to be part of whatever project was at hand. Upon graduating from Conrad High School in the spring of 2003, Aaron moved to Bozeman to pursue his career in the electrical field, and by that winter had landed an apprenticeship with Armitage Electric. Eager to learn, Aaron dove in head first and it soon became clear that he had found his true passion. A natural-born leader, Aaron was quickly promoted to job foreman where he led a crew of up to 13 guys on projects on a broad range of projects. He credits his former boss, Jesse Armitage, with giving him the opportunity to run projects early in his career, as that experience attributed to his vast knowledge and skill set at a young age. He earned his Journeyman Electrician license in 2007.. . In 2009, Aaron married his high school sweetheart, and the desire to be closer to family inspired a move to Great Falls in the spring of 2010. There Aaron was hired at Liberty Electric where he worked as foreman on a border station project north of Havre for nearly 18 months. In August of 2011, the opportunity to run a project at MAFB in Great Falls for Electro-tech, a company based out of Utah, presented itself, and he jumped at the chance to work in town and be home every night with his family. Liberty Electric welcomed Aaron back as soon as the MAFB job wrapped up to run a large project in town. Although he enjoyed working for other companies - the projects and the camaraderie with his coworkers - Aaron’s desire to own his own business was ever present. In March 2013, Aaron achieved Master Electrician status and began working towards that goal. . . In August 2013, with the overwhelming support of friends and family, Aaron and his wife took a leap of faith and founded Klette Electric, PLLC. With Mary taking care of the financial side of things, and Aaron working both in the business and in the field, it quickly became clear that there was too much work for Aaron to tackle on his own. In January of 2014 we welcomed Aaron’s younger brother, Adam Klette, to the team. . . Adam graduated from Conrad High School in 2005, and moved to Bozeman to pursue a degree in Education. Shortly after, he decided to follow in his big brother’s footsteps and began his and electrical apprenticeship, earning his Journeyman Electrician license in 2010. He and his wife, Kilani, moved back to Conrad in 2013. Anyone who knows Aaron and his (big) little brother Adam can tell you they are a dynamic duo - Adam is more laid-back and easy going, while Aaron is more of an outspoken go-getter - and together they make a great team! . .
