Detailed description is Shakespeare in the Park (often taking place at Wright Hargreaves Park in summer and LaSalle Theatre in winter). Professional and local talent presenting. The LaSalle Theatre recently hosted its 4th Shakespeare in the Park. Aspiring actors and actresses work with local talent, under the direction of Michael Rawley, to perform William Shakespeare's timeless plays. The Stage Manager is Chrissy Bowman, U of T grad, from Kirkland Lake. Costumes are produced by local volunteers under the direction of Mary Nemcsok. Our Musical Director is Dante Pettapiece. Weather permitting, summer plays are held at our scenic Wright-Hargreaves Park. Our summer rain venue: Trinity United Church.
