Detailed description is Kincardine Girl Guides include Sparks (ages 5-6), Brownies (7--8),Guides (9-11), Pathfinders (12-15) & Rangers. Programs promote leadership skills. Guiding is really a leadership program for girls. We encourage "girl power", learning to accept others, developing self esteem & self worth, plus a strong sense of community. The Sparks do one sleepover at the end of the year (optional). Older girls will do camping weekends. Oh yes....You have to sell cookies twice a year!. Sparks (ages 5/6) Brownies (ages 7/8) Guides (ages . 9/10/11) Pathfinders (11/12/13). Girls may join ANYTIME at ANY LEVEL.
