We serve a variety of markets and are accomodating to both short and long runs. From Prototype through Production we have the capabilities to create quality parts using the latest technologies, all housed in a 23,500 square foot climate controlled facility. . . We offer Mold Design, Mold Building, Engineering Support, Material Selection Assistance, Injection Molding, Insert & Two Shot Molding, Clean Room Molding, Secondary Operations, Pad Printing, Painting, Shielding, and Assembly. . . Our dedicated team has the experience and tools to create customer specific products with the highest quality. With years of experience in the Tool Shop, our team uses the latest software and equipment built by leading manufacturers such as Haas, AgieCharmilles, Belmont, Creo(Pro Engineer), MasterCam, etc. With this technology and experience, our dedicated tool shop can repair molds as well as build molds for prototype's or production of short or long runs. . . On our production floor we operate 12 Nissei injection molding presses plus 3 electric Sumitomo presses with sizes ranging from 30 to 400 tons. We use a wide range of resin from ABS to Peek & Ultem and anything in between to make product according to customer specification. We also offer assistance with material selection if need as well as engineering support. For customers that need higher quality standards for their products, we offer Clean Room Molding with an ISO 8 (Class 100,000) Hardwall Clean Room.. . We know that not all products are ready when they come off the press, which is why we have a complete Secondary Department. We offer assembly, pad printing, heat staking, hot stamping, secondary manchining operations, shielding, and painting. . .
