Detailed description is Kelowna Nordic has a network of over 75 km of beautiful cross country ski and snowshoe trails, located 20 minutes outside Kelowna along Hwy 33. Located in the hills just 20 minutes east of Kelowna BC, on highway 33, the Kelowna Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Club has rustic facilities, friendly club members and 75 km of beautiful wooded ski trails. State-of-the-art grooming and track-setting defines our club. . . We have 75 kms of snowshoe trails, many with panoramic views. Snowshoe trails are all named with the word "snowy" in the title, and are marked with orange trail markers. Where snowshoe trails and ski trails intersect, please lift your snowshoes over the tracks.. . We have trails for all levels of skiers and snowshoers. Dogs are welcome on all snowshoe trails and 21 km of ski trails. Plus there is a toboggan hill, close to the main cabin.. . The cabin at the main trailhead and 3 other cabins on the trails all have woodstoves and toilets. These cabins are easily accessed by both skiers and snowshoers. There is a fire pit by the main cabin.. . We have great programs for club members. Please check our website for information on member benefits and how to become a member.. .
