Universitas Keio adalah perguruan tinggi tertua di Jepang.
Universitas ini didirikan pada 1858 oleh Fukuzawa Yukichi sebagai sekolah studi Barat di Edo, dan mendirikan tiga fakultas pertamanya pada 1890.
