Detailed description is K & B Cattle Co. Pasture raised, grass-fed beef available for delivery to Kansas City and St. Louis. We raise grass-fed cattle on some of the best pasture in our area. Our pastures are healthy and diverse and provide a great mix of grass, clovers, and legumes which makes for healthy cattle. The cattle are rotated frequently to fresh pasture paddocks to allow areas previously grazed to rest and regrow. We prefer to finish heifers on grass vs. steers because the heifers get nice and fat on our pastures and yield a tender, flavorful beef. We deliver our finished heifers to Alewel's County Meats in Warrensburg, MO for USDA inspected processing. When finished, we will deliver to you locally, or to Kansas City or St. Louis.
