Evli ve 2 çocuk babasıyım.. . İstanbul Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesinden 1976 yılında mezun oldum.. . Öğrenciliğim sırasında 1974-1979 arasında Toptan gıda ticareti ile uğraştım.. . Denizli Barosuna kayıtlı olarak 20 sene serbest avukatlık yaptım. Baro Yön.Kurulu üyeliğinde 4 yıl,2 yıl Disiplin Kurulu üyeliği yaptım. . . Denizli Kültür ve Eğitim Vakfını,110 Atatürkçü ve Cumhuriyetçi arkadaşlarla birlikte kurduk. Bu Vakıfta 4 yıl Mütevelli Heyet Başkan yardımcılığı yaptım. Bu vakıf kanalı ile, Denizlide 162 kişilik öğrenci yurdunda, Atatürkçü ve Cumhuriyetçi yoksul öğrencilerin barınması ve eğitim alması için çalışıyoruz. Bu vakıf kanalıyla 12 öğrencimize burs veriyorum. Denizli’de aile olarak kayın pederim adına yaptırdığımız Durmuş Ali Çoban Anadolu Lisesi vardır. Okulumuzda 1.olan öğrencilerimize de burs veriyoruz. Serbest avukatlığı 1999 yılında bıraktım. Halen Tekstil Sanayiciliği yapmaktayım. DETGİS-Denizli Tekstil ve Giyim Sanayicileri Derneği Başkanlığı görevini 2004-2010 yılları arasında 6 sene yaptım. USİAD-Ulusal Sanayici ve İşadamları Derneği, Denizli Şube başkanlığı görevini 2005-2011 arası, 2 yılda USİAD Gen. Mer.Yön. Kur. üyeliği görevinde bulundum.. Denizli Yüksek Öğretim Vakfı Yönetim kurulu üyeliğim 2000 yılından beri devam etmektedir.Bu vakıf kanalı ile üniversite öğrencilerimize burs veriyoruz.. Atatürkçü Düşünce Derneği Genel Merkez yönetim kurulu üyeliğini 2006-2011 yılları arasında yaptım. Genel Sekreter yardımcılığında 4 yıl,1 yıla yakında ADD Genel Başkan yardımcılığı görevinde bulundum.. Ayrıca, Denizlide faaliyet gösteren,10 Sivil Toplum Örgütlerinin de üyesiyim.. DE-HA (Denizli Haber Ajansı) gazetesinde 7 yıldır haftalık köşe yazısı yazmaktayım. . .
