Detailed description is I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Schwann certified spin instructor. I am finishing my degree for Exercise Science at Eastern Washington University and then working towards my Masters Degree in dietetics specifically sports dietetics. Our Personal Training can help you illustrate your fitness routine in a fun and energetic setting, with training from a seasoned professional and certified trainer with real life experience. Not only will you look better, but feel better, and perform better than you ever thought possible.. . Throughout my life I have motivated people and I love seeing results! And that really seemed to have worked out well my original desire to be a physical therapist and then sports dietitian. I was blessed to have been able to have helped start a gym when I was 13years ol and because of that, I've been working out for a while now and I've been exposed and around many different kinds of exercise. My friends would ask to workout with me. I found myself encouraging them, and doing anything I can to help them reach their goals!. . Throughout my life I have motivated people and I love seeing results! There is no better feeling than helping someone reach their goals and going beyond even what they think is possible. I love knowing how the body works. If someone has pain, they find to me asking what to do. Normally it's an easy fix with their posture.
