Detailed description is Welcome! Jumpin' Jackson's is a family-owned business offering "games and fun" to the North MS area. We take pride in our reputation of safety, reliability We're adding this to the top to remind everyone. I always tell people not to deflate our equipment while I'm going over the rules. But this is still happening alot. I know people think your trying to help us out by deflating them before we get there, but really it hurts us and makes us take more time to take them done. The inflatables must fall a certain way for us to be able to roll them up properly. Otherwise it will cause more weight in certain places and makes it harder for us to load them up. We also need to be able to inspect them to make sure they won't need any repairs. If you deflate them we will have to reinflate them which takes much for time for us. Unless something comes up and we ask you to do so. Please DO NOT deflate our equipment before or when we get there. (We have had people unplug them while were there also) We go through a process, so we will turn them off when we are ready. Thank you for understanding and helping to make it easier on us. . . Our inflatables are reserved on a first call, first serve basis. Popular inflatables book up to 2-3 months in advance. The earlier you book, the more choices you have to choose from. If you have a date, please reserve in advance. If inflatables are still available, we are able to take same day reservations. . . Deposit Policy:. We require a $25.00 deposit to reserve a rental for your party. This deposit is subtracted from your total balance due upon delivery. All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel in 72 or fewer hours of your rental date, your deposit will be void and it cannot be transferred to another date. If you cancel or reschedule with 72 or more hour notice, we will hold your deposit and give you up to one year to reschedule and apply the deposit to the balance. Deposit's can only be made with a debit/credit card or paypal on our page by clicking shop now. If you have asked about a date and didn't pay the deposit right then, please contact us to make sure it's still available before leaving the deposit. (We DO NOT hold anything without the deposit.) . . Preparation: . We need a minimum of five extra feet on each side of the unit to secure it. For bouncers here should be a clearance of at least 20 feet high, free of wires or branches for all inflatables. Slides need an additional 5 feet of clearance above the measurements listed for that specific slide. The area should be clear of debris, branches, sharp objects, animal feces and ant piles. The safest surface is a level grassy area. We discourage setting up on concrete for safety reasons. However, we can set up on concrete or asphalt (excluding the slip n slide). Please let us know when booking so we can utilize the proper anchors for your event. Our inflatables plug into a standard 110V household outlet. We will supply the power cord and water hoses, we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the inflatable has to be no more than 100 feet from the outlet. If you are renting more than 1 more piece, they must be plugged into a separate breaker. PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT PUT THE OUR INFLATABLES MORE THAN 100 FEET FROM A POWER OUTLET. Please do not try to use you power cords or go any farther than 100 feet. It chances burning our motor up. WE SUPPLY THE POWER CORDS. . . Delivery:. Our price includes set up and delivery for up to 30 miles of Sarah, MS. We can no longer deliver further than 60 miles. We will arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before your event is scheduled to begin. Our times vary depending on the time of the year. Please have your area ready for the placement of the inflatable. An adult over the age of 18 must be there to sign paperwork. . . Weather Policy. As inclement weather is beyond our control, we recommend you have an alternate indoor location for your party. If not, you must call and cancel your rental before we deliver it to you and do one of the following: reschedule to another date during the same calendar year or cancel your reservation and lose your deposit. Due to the fact that the weather changes ALL the time we ask that you try to wait for 2-3 before your date before canceling due to weather. If you do receive your rental and severe weather (rain, high winds) occurs there are no discounts available. Once the rental is set up, you are responsible for the full amount of the rental. Our water slides can still be put up and used in rain, but NOT high winds and lighting. Jumpin' Jackson's reserves the right to cancel your reservation if severe weather conditions exist or is predicted during the time of your rental. . . Safety: . Special safety features are factory built into every one of our inflatables. Secure safety netting keep bouncers inside and visible. Inflatables are made of strong high-quality materials.
