Viajó por el mundo para ampliar su cultura gastronómica, realizando trabajos en Argentina, Londres, Francia, Brasil, Canadá, Chile y Uruguay. Juliana realizó un stage en el River Café, aclamado restaurant en Londres.. Ya independiente, empezó a conectarse con materias primas y modos de preparación más saludables, a desarrollar unas ganas tremendas de querer cuidar y cuidarse. Y ese camino la llevó a descubrir otro tipo de ingredientes, más formas, más sabores, nuevos desafíos y principalmente el respeto por la materia prima.
