I have an extensive background in the construction and real estate sectors. To start my family history goes back a few generations in construction and real estate. From building homes to huge apartment complexes all over St. Louis. My story begins as follows. My first memory of construction is when I was about 9-10 and I was sweeping floors on my father’s job site. I was making 25 cents an hour and was told if I got a good report I would get a raise. So I swept like there was no tomorrow and ended up making 50 cents an hour, I was ecstatic! When I was 13 I learned new construction, I spent my entire summer living with a contractor and his wife, working sunup till sunset. I even had to pay rent! I continued working with him throughout high school. I started a car detailing business at 14. I bought my first house @ 18. I fixed it up and sold it for a profit less than a year later. I wrote up the contract, handled the marketing and closing by myself. I have had my real estate license for 10+ years now and have had numerous transactions. My first year I had almost 2 million in gross sales while still working my full time job in construction. I have 19+ years of construction experience. I wired up my first outlet at the age of twelve and have been fascinated with the industry ever since. I have experience in all aspects of construction from; new construction, home remodeling, home maintenance to apartment and commercial maintenance and repair. I started my own construction company about 5 years ago doing kitchens, custom bathrooms, basements to anything else you would need done in home.
