Thank-you for taking the time to view my business page. I have been working in childcare since 2013. I first did out of home care when I was in high school and university, but started in home care this year after giving birth to my first born daughter. Part of me feels that the child inside me never died which is why I love my job so much, but I wouldn't trade it for the world.. . At "Jordyn's Junior Jungle", our favourite activities are playing in the play area, singing nursery rhymes, making crafts, painting, playing in the backyard, and going on field trips to the YMCA family centre and the YARA centre.. . Our eating schedule goes as follows:. 7:45 am - early snack. 9:00 am - breakfast. 11:45 am - lunch. 2:30 pm - pm snack. 5:30-6pm - supper. . I feed the children as healthy as I possibly can. I try my best to buy the most enriched and wholesome foods to feed the kids while they are here. Examples of things I offer to the children are: apple sauce, yogurt, fresh fruits, grilled cheese, eggs, cereal, sandwiches, pasta dishes, fruit cups, bear paws, granola bars, ritz crackers, cheese strings, etc.
