Natural de Campinas, estado de São Paulo, filha e neta de cantores, cresceu ouvindo as grandes divas do jazz norte americano, moldando assim seu estilo musical.. . Iniciou sua trajetória como atriz de teatro infantil em 1995 e em 1996, foi convidada a compor dupla com Fernando Zuben, no grupo de Opera Dance "Doo Dad", sucesso de critica e público. Com o grupo se apresentou em diversos programas de tv: Jô Soares, Serginho Groisman, entre outros.. . Em 1999, foi inaugurado o parque temático Hopi Hari e Joe foi convocada a integrar o “Saloon Show”, como cantora oficial, permanecendo no local por três anos, saindo de lá apenas para assumir o posto de vocalista da banda do Domingão do Faustão onde cantou ao lado de grandes artistas nacionais e internacionais, entre eles, destaca-se: Eros Ramazzoti, Alex Cohen, Leonardo, Sandy, Wanessa e outros. Encerrou sua trajetória após dois anos de banda, para lançar-se como cantora solo e iniciar a turnê de shows pelo Brasil.. . Joe Welch, já se apresentou em mais de vinte estados brasileiros, conquistando muitos fãs, que se encantaram com sua voz e simpatia. Seu primeiro single foi lançado em 2004, I Get It All e já possui mais sete singles lançados no mercado musical: Making Love, The One, Lollipop,Total Eclipse of the Heart, Right On , Maria e Rebirth.. . O single Lollipop de 2010, fez parte das coletâneas das rádios Energia 97, Metropolitana e Joven Pan, um verdadeiro sucesso nas pistas e rádios brasileiras.. . Em 2011, o single Right On, distribuído pelas gravadoras, a italiana Adpator e a brasileira Building Records, alcançando reconhecimento mundial, entrando no set de grandes deejays internacionais: Bob Sinclair, Paul Oekendfold e Roger Sanchez.. .
