At Jekyll and Hyde's we believe in honesty in everything we do. If we feel that we are not able to perform a job request to our standards, we will tell you upfront that we have issues with it BEFORE we ever start the project or take your money. We will not simply say "sure, we can do that.....no problem " , take your money and provide you with a substandard paint job that you cannot be proud of. There are far too many "artists" who will take on any job, whether or not they have the true ability to deliver what they promise and the customer pays the price. We won't do that. Simply put, IF WE WOULD NOT PUT IT ON OUR OWN PROJECTS WE WON'T PUT IT ON YOURS. . . We eliminate all the BS right up front. We will sit down with you and discuss in detail what you want , what your ideas and tastes are, what colors you like, what you hate, and we will take the time to show you reference material that we use for images so you can fine tune the work to suit your style. If we cannot perform a request, we will tell you. We would rather turn down a job or help you modify an idea or design before we ever send out something that you are not happy with or doesn't meet our standards of quality. . . Once a project direction is reached, we will draw up our rendition of the work we will be putting on your project and show it to you before we ever pick up the airbrush because sometimes even the best communication and planning can go wrong. We would rather have you see your ideas and ours ahead of time and allow you to say "YES" or "NO" prior to painting instead of having someone tell us "that isn't what we thought we were getting". We want you to be happy, period, and we will do everything we can to ensure what we paint is what you expected to see.. .
