As a lifelong Michigan resident and avid outdoorsman, I have experienced almost every oudoor environment this state has to offer; from the pristine fisheries of northern Michigan, to the rich farm land and trophy hunting opportunities of southern Michigan. These experiences have instilled in me an intense passion for the outdoors. I made this passion a profession in the early 2000's when I started a small business called Non-Typical Properties. The business model was simple; to work as an intermediary for facilitating hunting leases between landowners and sportsmen. Throughout the years the business model has changed slightly, eventually becoming Manderbach Land and Wildlife (www.manderbachlw.com). Today ML&W is a multi-faceted land use management company specializing in hunting leases, agricultural leases and timber marketing throughout Michigan. in 2014, I became licensed in real estate as a way to further my versatility in this industry. Homewaters was the ideal fit for me as a REALTOR because they are laser focused on the recreational properties market.
