Detailed description is I love to capture small moments.
I love making people happy through my photos..
Not trying to make a living, just doing what I love to do My passion for photography began in the 80's when I was very young.
I have an Aunt who always took great pictures, and she would share them with me.
In 1985, when I was almost 9 years old, my mom died.
I have one photo of my Mom and I together.
That's it.
Just one.
And I remember the day we took it.
Her hair dresser came over, did her hair, and curled mine.
My Mom was paralyzed my entire life, and the day we took that photo, she wanted to make sure she looked beautiful.
After she passed, I used my first camera to take pictures of everything, as I learned young that nothing lasts forever, and I wanted to remember it all.

I've been taking pictures for 30 years.
I've never taken a photography class, I am not licensed, certified and I do not require you to sign a 12 page contract.
I never meant to be a "photographer", but people started to offer me money to take their pictures, kids, babies, family photos..and so I wanted to share my gift.
I want to make sure people never get stuck with just one photo of them with their mom, as I did.
I enjoy capturing candids, and family interactions..
and I always encourage mom, to get in on the action too.
Please remember, your children will not look back on the picture and say, "Ew look at mom, she's not wearing make up," or " Look at mom's hair!" They will look back and remember the love she made them feel.
People will not remember what you looked like, they will always remember the way you made them feel..
I have many health issues, I have the same disorder that my mom had.
We have NF2.

I am going deaf, my vestibular system has failed, and believe it or not, I am blind in one eye! I also have many complications that come with this disorder, so my abilities are now limited.
I shoot for my friends, family and community members.
But due to the progression of NF2, I no longer will be accepting anyone that I do not know.

I go a very long extra mile, to make your photos the best they can be.
sometimes one photo takes me an hour to edit.
When we do the shoot, I spend an hour or two on site with you, I take poses and candids.
When I get home, I have hundreds of pictures to weed through as I tend to take WAY too many (and I always say that I'm not going to take as many, and somehow I end up taking MORE) after I chose the best 15 to edit, I delete anything that isn't perfect, blurries, blinkies..

When I am through editing my favorite 15, I also add in a few fun ones with things I add in to make a few creative memories, and then I upload the edits, the fun ones and anything that came out stellar straight from the camera to a website where you can then order your prints.
I email the link of your pictures to you, and I do not profit off the sale of the prints.

I spend alot of time at the computer, and what I charge, covers gas money, photoshop actions and new lenses! As of January 1, 2015 my prices are changing, so please call for more info.
