J&K Gastronomía fundada en el mes de mayo del 2012, iniciamos enamorando paladares con emparedados, gallo pinto, huevos rancheros, queque de Navidad, queque de chocolate con relleno de Nutella en un proyecto en construcción de más de 100.000 metros cuadrados en la provincia de Cartago con el cual alimentábamos a mis colegas ingenieros y arquitectos y uno que otro compañero que se antojaba comer de nuestros productos, más que un negocio era con el afán de alimentar pancitas con hambre cumpliendo jornadas laborales extensas bajo sol y lluvia pero todo con el fin de salir con el proyecto a tiempo..
Y hoy por hoy llegamos a muchas mesas ya no con Gallo Pinto y Emparedados para llenar pancitas con hambre, sino para ser parte de sus Celebraciones, hoy estamos con nuestros postres en la celebración de un cumpleaños, una cena de Navidad, una reunión de amigos, reunión de compañeros de trabajo, té de canastilla, nuestros clientes nos han honrado con su preferencia dentro y fuera del país..
