The Iranian American Bar Association ("IABA") was formed in 2000 in the District of Columbia and is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
IABA is organized for charitable, educational, and professional purposes, including promoting the social, economic, professional and educational advancement of the Iranian American community, and the community at large.
While headquartered in Washington D.C., IABA is a national organization seeking to expand professional and community relationships by establishing local chapters throughout the United States.
