Elizabeth’s passion for helping people achieve their goals stems from her own health struggles. For many years she lived with low energy, unexplained illnesses and injuries. As her ailments mounted she found no relief in traditional medicine. It took over 10 years of self education but she persevered and went on to eradicate most all of her symptoms, compete in triathlons, cycling and running events well into her 40’s. Further, as she left a stressful life as an educator she knew she wanted reach out to others who were struggling with health issues and teach them how to help themselves.. . Elizabeth formally studied to become an exercise coach in 2009 and then obtained her Holistic Lifestyle Coach in 2010. She takes a holistic, functional approach to rebuilding health from the ground up. She does not focus on symptoms rather is solely concerned with uncovering the root cause of health challenges. Elizabeth does not diagnose or treat conditions. The focus is on function. Identifying and repairing malfunctions in the body systems is key to regaining health. Elizabeth’s experience is far reaching and includes working as a coach in cardiac and pulmonary rehab. She continues to study under Paul Chek, a leading expert on whole body wellness, to further her knowledge. This has been a 30 plus year journey for her. She got her life back 13 years ago and wants to help you do the same. .
