Detailed description is The purpose of this Organization is to unite all the Indian students at the The University Of Memphis and to promote and preserve the Indian Culture. Indian Students Association @ The University of Memphis, It’s the only leading international students association at the University of Memphis, which has been active from several years helping Indian students who come to UOM and also student’s on-campus by several means. It’s a registered student organization which is actively conducting some or the other events throughout every year over the campus. Every year some or the other students leave campus completing their masters or PhD’s, Some come newly to join, It’s the “ISA” social networking which bridges a communication between the previous students, current students and more. . . ISA always does something or other enthusiastic events to maintain the activeness in students throughout year. As students who are on campus go for study all the time and work hard, it gives them a chance to relax joining in several entertainment programs conducted by ISA.. . Activities of ISA::. 1. Pickups or Receives new students from airport.. 2. Arranges temporary and permanent accommodation.. 3. Arranges Events like Diwali nights, Potlucks, Desi Movie . shows.. 4. Conducts Sport events.
