In Unison Farm LLC has these amenities: 12x12 stalls, 2 H/C wash racks, 2 temp. controlled tack rooms and a bathroom, lighted outdoor arena, stadium jumps, some cross country fences, and a round pen. Some "extras" are included in board, such as blanketing / unblanketing and holding for the vet or farrier. Full board is $500, partial is $400 (you supply hay & grain), and pasture is $300 a month. The barn is run by Lee Ann Gilson, who is an A graduate from the United States Pony Club. She is an Eventer and has been riding for over 30 years. Lee Ann offers Dressage and jumping lessons, however, outside trainers are welcome.
