Detailed description is My name is Jane. I am a beachbody coach and an AFAA fitness instructor. I started working out 4 years ago and loved it. I decided to become a personal trainer and start training others because I loved it so mudh I wanted to heop other people feel the same way I do. I want to help others get fit and healthy and feel great about themselves. I love doing the beacbody workouts. They make me feel so good from the inside out.. . I am living proof that you can dream a dream and make it come true not matter what age you are. IF you want something and try hard and work for it you will make it happen.. I was a teacher aied for an alternative school in my hometown for 12 years and needed to do something I enjoyed doing. . I started up a business renting a friends garage. I had 2 pieces of equipment and a few weights. I had 5 clinets at that time to start with. I was there about a year growing more and more clints. I then went to a larger building and rented that from my brother. My cliental grew to over 50. Then in 2007 I bought my own building and filled it with equipment and grew to over 140 clients. I work from 5am to 8pm. Monday - Friday 8-12 on Saturday. I now have 4 trainers working for me. We offer pilates,biggest loser,bootcamp, butt and gut, cardio, personal training(private and classes) insanity, and px90, siver sneakers classes.I have clients ranging from 6-82 years of age. . . I am very passionate about my job and my clients. I just want to help people feel better about themselves and in the life they live.
