After very careful thought and consideration, we have decided to merge our practice with that of The Portland Clinic.
While this decision will involve some changes at our clinic, it will allow us to continue providing excellent medical care for you and your family as your primary care medical home.
The affiliation with the larger Portland Clinic organization later this summer will bring additional resources with new and expanded capabilities here at our office which we will be able to offer you in the near future..

We will continue to see patients at the same location at the Jantzen Building in NE Portland, providing the same services for you, with the exception of obstetrical maternity care.
The providers whose practices include obstetrics will be relocating to other offices beginning July 1, 2012.
If your physician is one of those who will not be part of this clinic after July 1st, we invite you to call our office and establish your care with one of the other providers; please reference the enclosed letter for additional details..
